A place of hope where men help men by giving them a hand up.
The Haley House of Hope is one of the many outreach ministries of Pleasant Green Baptist Church. We provide men living quarters for Ex-offenders and Non-violent Offenders with drug or alcohol dependencies that completed in-house treatment.
We want to create an atmosphere for men to understand that they can overcome their mistakes. It's not who you are. To create or restore character, integrity, responsibility and accountability. To have men understand that these are tools to hold on to so they can be a productive person in life.
Services provided include:
- Biblical studying/counseling
- Alcohol or drug treatment
- Job placement assistance
- Life skills program
- G.E.D. assistance
- Public assistance
- Community volunteer/church
- Therapeutic discussion group
- AA/NA study groups
- 12 step study groups
