- The Faithfulness of God: In spite of struggles, God remains faithful to us
- The frailty and fickleness of humanity: Humanity is broken and shows his weakness through frailty and fickleness (inconsistent because of sin)
- The Favor of the Work: Although humanity has sinned and is broken, God still gives favor through the faithfulness of his work.
